These Terms of Use, its subject matter and its formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah and the Federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.
