RAK Fish Factory and Drying was founded in 2018 with a top class modern drying facility while empowering local fisherman and catching fish from pristine waters to derive the highest quality anchovies using traditional method.

The fresh anchovies are specially cared for and dried at our state-of-the-art facility, enhancing the product quality. The handpicked dried fish are then stored in a cool area to retain freshness. RAKFFD produces high-quality dried fish products for the MENA market. Our products are purely GMO free and all natural, without any flavor enhancements.
